Single strand fibre optic cable.  Can stretch to twice it's length due to the coiled section. Uses Sea and Sea style ends.  Designed to work with the Mantis 2500 to enable the strobe mode and auto off modes, but would work with most camera housings and strobe/light on the market that use a standard fibre optic cable.
